IPO Details

According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), Dhoot Transmission IPO was a book-built issue with a total issue size of ₹3,067 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 1.61 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹1,400.00 Crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.91 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹1,666.89 Crore by the existing shareholders.

The Dhoot Transmission IPO was open for subscription from August 10, 2026, to August 12, 2026. The basis of allotment was finalized on August 13, 2026, and the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on August 17, 2026.

The company had fixed the price band at ₹829 to ₹871 per share, with a lot size of 17 shares. Retail investors were required to make a minimum investment of ₹14,807 (based on the upper price band) to apply for one lot.

The IPO also included a reservation of 75,853 equity shares for eligible employees, who were offered a discount of ₹80.00 per share.
