IPO Details
SBI Funds Management IPO has successfully completed its IPO process and is now listed on the NSE and BSE. According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the IPO was a book-built issue with a total issue size of ₹9,813 Crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 17.10 Crore equity shares aggregating to ₹9,812.91 Crore by the existing shareholders.
The SBI Funds Management IPO remained open for subscription from July 14, 2026, to July 16, 2026. The basis of allotment was finalized on July 17, 2026, and the company's shares were listed on the NSE and BSE on July 21, 2026.
The company had fixed the price band at ₹545 to ₹574 per share, with a lot size of 26 shares. Retail investors were required to make a minimum investment of ₹14,924 (based on the upper price band) to apply for one lot.
The IPO also included a reservation of 3,257,347 equity shares for eligible employees, who received a discount of ₹54 per share.

It also supports UCITS-compliant India-focused funds sponsored by Amundi, managing assets of around ₹8,682 crore, which are distributed across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Southeast Asia.
In addition, SBI Funds Management provides investment advisory services for Amundi's Global Emerging Markets funds, overseeing India-related assets worth approximately ₹14,584 crore. This international business strengthens the company's global footprint and reinforces its position as a trusted investment manager for both domestic and overseas investors.
